When Ana Aitken Designs stages your home, it is all about creating an inviting ambiance, one that makes buyers imagine themselves living there. For most sellers, it is hard to be objective when evaluating their home. By using the help of a professional, your home will be transformed from the house you live in, to a property that will appeal to most buyers. Occupied home staging services & fees (STARTING AT $375.00)


1. A staging professional will conduct a walk through onsite, assessing the best features of the home, while realtor and homeowner take notes so they can compile a list that will maximize the home’s appeal to a wide range of potential buyers.

2. Your designer will compile recommendations, composing an individualized detailed home report offsite. You will receive your detailed home report complete with all the staging recommendations to get you staged to sell within 48-hours from the consultation.

3. Your designer will help prioritize staging recommendation as needed.

4. If requested, Ana Aitken Designs can write up a proposal to come in and redesign and space plan using homeowners own existing furniture. We can also provide a list of furniture and accessories the homeowner can purchase on their own to complete the look.

4. Ana Aitken Designs does not supply furniture for an occupied residence.

VACANT HOME STaging SERVICES & fees (starting at $2500.00 for standard package.)

Staging your vacant home is the no-nonsense investment that will help you sell faster, with a higher profit margin. Without furniture, spaces may seem smaller or awkwardly shaped, or there be extra rooms with no obvious function. Interior staging creates helpful cues for buyers, so they know what to do with each space.

Fees ($125.00/ hour)

Ana Aitken Designs offers design consultations for clients, providing ideas and inspiration for renovations. We assist with space planning, finish selection, furniture, lighting, art placement, and more. Clients can reinvent their homes with expert guidance.
